Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience or education in sales, marketing, and life sciences or completion of school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred.
• Experience in retail or other sales environment would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and new hire clinical and product training. Learn and manage all relevant systems, including Allego.
• Support product, disease state and clinical skills-based training programs for the field sales organization.
• Support in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid product training programs for new hires and tenured employees.
• Collaborate with and support product marketing to create content for field sales.
• Establish and develop internal and external relationships with cross functional teams and thought leaders.
