Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Clinical Trainer NP to drive high-quality clinical execution across multiple clinics in the United States (OH/MI/WPA). The role coaches Lead Clinicians, oversees training programs, and ensures safety and protocol adherence across locations.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (NP or PA preferred), with 3–5+ years of clinical experience and leadership or training background. Travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or training experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians (LCs).
• Provide coaching and development to clinicians across locations.
• Oversee performance management and succession planning for LCs.
• Deliver hands-on clinical training for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor clinic readiness and staffing, ensuring coverage and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards and conduct audits.
• Support new clinic readines s and post-opening stabilization.
• Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring decisions across the territory.
