Job description

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. Join an innovative organization reinventing the autism therapy experience for children and families.

How The Role Is Designed

Soar's Clinical Trainer (BCBA) role is built for experienced BCBAs who want to expand their impact beyond their own caseload by developing other clinicians and strengthening clinical quality across a center. You'll remain close to clinical care while spending meaningful time coaching new RBTs, developing Case Supervisors, leading training, and helping teams build fluency in Soar's ESDM-based care model. Prior ESDM experience is not required — you'll receive structured training and support as you work toward ESDM certification.

For clinicians who love teaching, mentorship, and raising the bar for others, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how care is delivered across an entire team. You'll serve as a clinical leader within the center, partner closely with BCBAs and operations leaders, and build experience that can lead to broader center or regional leadership, specialized clinical roles, and other opportunities as Soar continues to grow.

Compensation And Role Design
  • Base pay: $100,500.00 - $115,500.00/year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications. Additional compensation beyond the range, up to $20,000 per year for achieving ESDM certification.
  • Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign on bonus, based on start date and location.
  • Support and training: Deep onboarding and ongoing training in our ESDM-based care model, with close clinical leadership support.
  • Clinical growth: Multiple paths to grow as a clinician including center/regional leadership and specialized roles
  • Culture that lives out our Values: High Expectations that raise the bar, Collaboration that brings us together as one team, and Fun you can feel the moment you walk into our centers
