Tier1usa is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Associate Clinical Trainer at Soar Autism Center, Colorado. The role focuses on training and developing new Behavioral Technicians while implementing the Early Start Denver Model of ABA therapy.

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

Base pay: $90,500.00 – $105,500.00 per year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus, based on start date and location.
Support and training: Deep onboarding and ongoing training in our ESDM-based care model, with close clinical leadership support.
In some cases, candidates may be offered an Associate Clinical Trainer role, designed as a developmental pathway to the Clinical Trainer position. In this role, individuals will build proficiency in Soar’s care model while managing a small caseload and supervising practicum students, before progressing into the Clinical Trainer role.

Implement a unique model of ABA therapy! Learn a play-based form of ABA therapy for young kids, the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). You’ll receive training, continuing education, and work with national experts on ESDM implementation. Soar also covers the cost of ESDM certification for interested clinicians.
Real multidisciplinary collaboration! Work closely with speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and/or LPCs in our center via client overlaps and weekly interdisciplinary care meetings.

Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
LBA in Arizona (for AZ only).
Preferred candidates have a background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field.
3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
ABA early intervention experience.

Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6.
Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.
