Your goals and objectives include:

• Providing group and individual therapy to patients
• Completing psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
• Developing effective treatment plans and working toward safe discharge planning (avg length of stay = approx. 6-8 days)
• Working with patients who are experiencing acute substance use and addiction challenges
• Providing strong case management skills

Qualifications

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
• Must have a valid/active clinical license in Utah (CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, etc)
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to individuals with substance use diagnosis REQUIRED
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention.
• Current with continuing education requirements for Utah licensure.
