Job summary

Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. seeks a Clinician I/II to deliver individual, group, and family therapy within Recovery & Reentry. You will support Alaska Native and American Indian participants with trauma-informed, strength-based care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The Clinician I role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and documentation; Clinician II provides lead clinical support and mentorship. A master’s degree and Alaska licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• CDC I certification or ability to obtain within one year from hire date.
• Alaska licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) within three years of hire.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a strength-based, trauma-informed manner.
• Conduct behavioral and diagnostic assessments to determine level of care and inform planning.
• Complete clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Coordinate treatment team involvement and ensure engagement.
• Identify and assess risk factors including suicide potential and crisis events.
• Initiate involuntary holds as required by Alaska State protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and privacy in all interactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals.
