This role provides individual, group, and family therapy, conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, and ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The Clinical Therapist works under supervision as required by licensure and contributes to a collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team.

Eligible licensure levels may apply supervised clinical hours and client contact hours obtained through this role toward independent licensure in New Mexico. Weekly supervision is available to support skill development and regulatory compliance.
