Job summary

SAFY in Lima, OH, is seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist for the Intensive Family Services (IFS) program. You will perform diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in our Lima Behavioral Health division in Allen County.

The role combines telehealth and in-office work with a flexible schedule. Required: Ohio LSW/LPC license or eligibility, a Master’s in a related field, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold LSW/LPC license in Ohio or be license eligible.
• LISW/LPCC licensure preferred.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or counseling.
• 2–3 years of experience in mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience with best practice models of clinical application preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments and treatment planning for children and families.
• Deliver ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or required by contract.
• Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.
• Provide telehealth and in-office, direct services to families and children in your caseload.
• In collaboration with the team, work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the families in your caseload.
• Manage a caseload of 30-35 clients with 88 hours of utilization.

SAFY is seeking a full time Clinical Therapist to provide services for the Intensive Family Services (IFS) Programfor our Lima Behavioral Health division in Allen County.

As an IFS Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.

What You’ll Do

• Make a difference in children’s lives who have been through difficult trauma and require your support/coaching to cope with their emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Complete identified diagnostic assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract.

Qualifications
