SAFY seeks a full-time Clinical Therapist to support the Intensive Family Services (IFS) program in the Lima Behavioral Health division of Allen County. You will perform diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and a range of clinical services for children, adolescents, and identified adults, delivering telehealth and in-office care.
You will collaborate with a team to maintain a flexible schedule, with a caseload of 30-35 clients and a utilization target of 88 hours.

As an IFS Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.
