Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority seeks Clinical Therapist I/II to deliver individual, group, and family therapy, manage cases, and coordinate with community services for adults in the Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program. The role reports to a Clinical Supervisor and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, relevant behavioral health experience, and active California licensure or registration paths.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Experience: Clinical Therapist I (1 year) or II (2 years) in behavioral health.
• Licensure/Registration/Certification: ACSW/AMFT/APCC for CT I; LCSW/LMFT/LPCC for CT II.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; strong clinical documentation within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and case management with high-acuity clients.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health disorders; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct intake evaluations and document medical/demographic history.
• Address client stressors and promote engagement in treatment across settings.
• Work in office and field settings as required.
