Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans under supervision.
• Delivers psychotherapeutic counseling or therapy (individual and/or group).
• Completes all documentation per policy and licensure requirements.
• Assists in discharge planning and community referrals as needed.
• Maintains patient information in accordance with regulations and policies.
