  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Successful completion of background check, drug test, physical, and TB screening.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of active personal vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients in both outpatient and residential treatment programs. This role involves conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. The Clinical Therapist will also provide crisis intervention, conduct assessments, and participate in case management activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Facilitate individual counseling sessions to support clients' recovery.
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions as needed.
