Personal Growth Counseling Services is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide face-to-face diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management services to clients in Ohio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social or related behavioral health field.
• Active license to practice as a Social Worker/Counselor in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC-S, PC, PCC, or PCC-S).
• Two years or more experience working with behavioral health or Substance Use Disorder populations.
• Knowledge of multiple clinical modalities, theory and human behavior principles.
• Must be certified within 90 days of starting on First Aid, CPR, and De-escalation Training.
• Must have valid Ohio or Michigan driver’s license and be willing to use personal car.
• Excel capabilities to create reports.
• Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity, judgement and professionalism.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active Ohio Medicaid number.

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of DSM-5 to provide diagnostic assessments for adults, teens, and children.
• Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy interventions.
• Client visits in agency office and community settings.
• Maintains complete and current clinical records for all served individuals.
• Consistently meets productivity goals.
• Manages caseload with regular review of case files for audit readiness.
• Acquire knowledge of community resources to support sobriety and mental stability needs.
• Enter clinical documentation in the EHR system per Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Perform duties in a friendly, professional manner aligned with agency mission and standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
