Job summary

Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team, serving youth and families with complex behavioral health needs. The role emphasizes flexibility, small caseloads, and meaningful, short-term intensive work.

We offer a hybrid work model, extensive training, and supervision toward licensure, with a focus on delivering therapeutic services multiple times weekly and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Current Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Insurable under agency liability policy.
• Experience with children and families preferred.
• Knowledge in mental illness and treatment; counseling; assessments and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to youth and families in IHBT.
• Maintain small caseload; no more than 6 clients at a time.
• Deliver treatment planning and counseling per program and state standards.
• Maintain timely documentation in electronic health record system (EHR).
• Participate in supervision toward independent licensure.
• Support confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• LSW / LPC: $62,000 - $70,000 annually
• LISW / LPCC: $68,000 - $78,000 annually

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Must be insurable under the agency’s commercial liability policy
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Must demonstrate knowledge in:

  • Mental illness and treatment

  • Individual and group counseling

  • Behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
