Mercyhealth seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to perform psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes crisis intervention, discharge planning, and coordination with physicians and community agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities include charting, attending team meetings, and participating in ongoing performance improvement activities.

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other related field and appropriate level of field experience and coursework.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Supervised by the Clinical Supervisor, Psychiatry staff members and/or Program Supervisor Manager. Requires a high level of independent judgment. The position has the potential for substantial latitude and independent action.
May supervise student interns as assigned.
PAY RANGE: $59,973.61 - $92,959.11
