Mercyhealth Beloit Behavioral Health Clinic seeks a Doctorate-level Psychologist to provide psychosocial assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for patients with behavioral health needs.
You will collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and community resources to develop individualized treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation, and support recovery in a patient-centered approach.
Provides behavioral health assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination services for patients experiencing mental health concerns. This role collaborates with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, patients, and community resources to develop individualized treatment plans, support recovery goals, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care. Schedule: 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday Shift: Days Location: Mercyhealth Behavioral Health Clinic - Beloit, WI Pay Range: $42.00/hr - $65.10/hr
Doctorate in Psychology and appropriate level of field experience and coursework.
Holds and maintains Psychologist license in the state of practice
Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
Broad background of training and experience with various patient populations and modes of service delivery
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Requires a high level of independent judgment. The position has substantial latitude for independent action.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of preferred Database software; Internet software and Word Processing software

May supervise student interns as assigned PAY RANGE: $83,977.54 - $130,165.19
