Job summary

Benchmark Transitions, part of Emend Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver therapy, manage a caseload, and support families in our Montclair, CA program.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Director and leadership, conduct crisis intervention, and complete timely EMR documentation to support ongoing care and program development for clients and their communities. This role requires flexibility to cover weekend shifts and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical therapist with active credentials.
• Experience providing individual and family therapy.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor client treatment plans and deliver group, individual, and family sessions.
• Provide routine communications to the treatment team and family members as needed.
• Complete enrollment and discharge planning within established time limits.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation within required timelines.
• Collaborate with staff to support treatment program development and client learning.
• Provide crisis intervention and determine transfer needs when applicable.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist with floor duties as needed.
• Support new staff training and adhere to Benchmark policies and standards.
