SOL Mental Health is seeking a clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based care at our Columbia location. You will work with adults, young adults, and/or children, offering crisis support and thorough documentation in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
