Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy

• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
• EMDR training a plus, or willingness to pursue EMDR training (independently)
• Strong commitment to ethical care, clinical integrity, and cultural humility
• Comfortable working independently and in collaborative environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
