We are hiring for a full-time Clinical Therapist (Social Work) in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a fantastic Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Package!

Position Overview

The Therapist provides a full spectrum of clinical services within their licensure scope, including mental health therapy and case management. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, navigating complex interests such as client advocacy, rapport building, and considerations for funders and legal entities. Collaboration with treatment teams, legal entities, and administrative support to the Program Manager and Director of SUD Treatment Services is essential. Strong interpersonal boundaries and ethical awareness are required.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Enjoy a standardized 36-hour work week without a reduction in pay! Example schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9-hour days. Pay ranges from $67,000 to $80,000 annually, with a flexible schedule depending on the facility. Relocation package and sign-on bonus included.

Licensure Requirements

• MSW, CSW, ACMHC, LMFT, CMHC, or LCSW

Core Duties

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and review/update assessments as needed.
• Utilize clinical skills such as assessments, interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and rapport building, while communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Apply the ASAM PPC-2R criteria for client placement and treatment planning.
• Use the UWITS database for clinical documentation, billing, and client information management.
• Complete admissions and administrative tasks efficiently to facilitate client entry into treatment.
