Job Position:

Therapist - Mental Health Therapy Private Practice

Part time: Min 20 clinical hours weekly

Full time: Min 40 clinical hours weekly

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our mental health therapy team. As a therapist, you will provide vital support and guidance to individuals, with the option of couples and families, seeking mental health assistance in a safe and confidential environment.

Title: Clinical Therapist - Healing House Therapy & Wellness

Location: Bountiful, Utah with options for virtual work

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
• Participate in supervision if needed
• Participate in monthly team meetings, case staffings and trainings (optional)

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or related field (MSW, CMHC, MFT)
• Current state licensure as a therapist
• Experience working in a mental health setting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
