ForTec Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to support advanced surgical technologies in healthcare facilities. You will be trained to operate equipment, assist surgeons, and ensure safe, efficient procedures across sites.

The role requires flexible hours, travel, and credentialing per facility requirements. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential for success in this field.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with early mornings, evening cases, and occasional weekend coverage or overnight travel.
• Professional demeanor and strong team-oriented mindset.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of assigned medical facilities (immunizations, background checks, drug screens).
• Basic computer/smartphone proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies and provide guidance to surgeons and staff before and during surgery.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and complete documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to healthcare facilities; driving and overnight travel may be required.
• Practice safe vehicle operations, workplace safety, and laser safety techniques.
• Meet customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain professional relationships with ForTec team members and healthcare partners.
