Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. The role emphasizes excellent patient service, accurate charting, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies.

The position involves preparing treatment rooms, triaging patients, assisting with lab work, and supporting telehealth visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in clinical setting and familiarity with HIPAA required.
• Phlebotomy and basic medical assisting skills valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to the care team.
• Assist with patient intake, vitals, injections, phlebotomy and lab tasks.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Support telehealth visits and virtual patient interactions.
• Ensure accurate patient charting and timely documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations as directed by providers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA and other regulations.
