Job summary

Inova Loudoun Hospital - Medical in Leesburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. This full-time role offers day shifts, a 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM schedule, and rotating weekends and holidays to support patient care.

You will provide direct care under RN supervision, communicate clearly with the care team, and participate in a six-week paid training program. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, BLS certification or within 90 days, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED/HSE) required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication.
• Physical ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• Training: Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations, classroom-style sessions, virtual training modules, on-unit shifts.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
