Job summary

Inova Fairfax Hospital – Medicine B is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. The position is full-time, night shift (6:00PM–6:30AM) with rotating days, weekends and holidays.

The role provides direct patient care under RN supervision and requires strong communication with patients, families and staff. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
