Job summary

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a Clinical Technician to support physicians, PAs, and the clinical team in Kentucky. You will prepare patients for visits, assist providers, and document information to ensure responsive, high‑quality care.

You will obtain vital signs, brief patient histories, and help maintain organized patient flow. This role requires careful documentation in the EMR and effective communication with patients, physicians, and pharmacy staff to support outstanding patient

• Experience preparing patients for visits and documenting information.
• Ability to obtain and document vital signs accurately.
• Experience reviewing schedules and supporting upcoming visits.

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a Clinical Technician to support our physicians, physician assistants, and clinical team. This position plays an important role in keeping our clinics running smoothly by preparing patients for their visits, supporting providers, documenting information accurately, and helping ensure patient receive responsive, high-quality care.

What You Will Do

As a Clinical Technician, you will:

• Prepare patients for their appointments and assist physicians and physician assistants during clinic
• Obtain and document vital signs and brief patient histories
• Review scheduled clinics and help prepare for upcoming patient visits
• Enter and update patient information in the EMR
• Help maintain an organized and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
• Respond to patient, physician, and pharmacy calls and route questions appropriately
• Take and document telephone messages accurately
• Maintain clinical supplies and assist with periodic cleaning and organization of patient areas
• Work closely with providers and other team members to deliver an excellent patient experience
