Bluegrass Orthopaedics seeks a Clinical Technician to support physicians and the clinical team. This role helps keep clinics running smoothly by preparing patients for visits, assisting providers, and documenting information accurately to ensure high-quality care.

You will handle vital signs, patient histories, EMR data entry, and keep supplies organized while contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for their appointments and assist physicians and physician assistants during clinic.
• Obtain and document vital signs and brief patient histories.
• Review scheduled clinics and help prepare for upcoming patient visits.
• Enter and update patient information in the EMR.
• Maintain clinical supplies and assist with periodic cleaning and organization of patient areas.
• Respond to patient, physician, and pharmacy calls and route questions appropriately.
