Responsibilities

Clinical Techs provide essential clinical and administrative support under supervision, ensuring effective patient care and outstanding service. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining compliance with regulations like HIPAA
• Preparing exam rooms
• Triaging patients, taking vitals, performing blood draws, injections
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes
• Performing DOT, BAT, and drug screen exams
• Assisting with lab testing, phlebotomy, and minor procedures
• Supporting virtual medicine consultations
• Managing referrals and pre-authorizations
• Maintaining accurate patient charts and clinic cleanliness
• Supporting team and adhering to policies and core values
• Fostering a respectful, confidential, and positive work environment
• Completing mandatory compliance training and performing physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as required

Experience and Education Requirements

Medical Assistant: Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical setting, preferably primary care.

Nurse (LPN or RN): Minimum 1 year experience preferred in a clinical setting, preferably primary care.

Licenses and Compliance

No specific license required, but relevant licenses such as ARRT, X-Ray licenses, RN, or LPN are preferred.
