Enable Dental, Inc. is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our mobile clinical team, delivering care in assisted living and similar settings. You’ll work alongside dentists and hygienists, preparing patients, taking X-rays, and supporting preventive treatments in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

We value patient comfort, safety, and strong teamwork. A valid state license, clean driving record, and willingness to drive a company minivan or personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active State Dental Assistant Certification must be current.
• At least 1 year of experience in a dental setting preferred.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As a Dental Assistant, you are the heart of our mobile clinical team. Working side-by-side with our Dentists and Hygienists, you'll provide life-changing care in a dynamic environment. Your day will be filled with variety and purpose as you:

• Be the Friendly Face – Warmly prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
• Capture the Details – Utilize digital imaging to take and develop high-quality X-rays critical for patient diagnosis.
• Promote Oral Wellness – Assist in cleanings and preventive treatments that keep our patients smiling longer.
• Maintain Clinical Excellence – Uphold rigorous safety standards and keep precise records to ensure top-tier care coordination.
• Master the Mobile Lab – Take charge of transporting and setting up our innovative mobile equipment at each new location.
• Empower Through Education – Teach patients and their families about post-treatment care and effective oral hygiene habits.
• Hit the Open Road – Safely navigate to different patient communities in a company-provided minivan or your own vehicle.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education, Training & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Active State Level Dental Assistant Certification
• At least one year of experience working in a dental setting (preferred)
• Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Requirements:

• Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
• Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record
• Full time schedule (4-10 hour shifts)

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging from$30.00-35.00/hr
