Lehigh Valley Health Network in Hazleton is seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator (CTC) to support daily clinical operations, provide direct patient care as needed, and assist the Nurse Manager in aligning with clinical vision and standards of care. The CTC serves as a frontline clinical leader coordinating patient care delivery, staffing, workflow, and supervision across shifts.

This role emphasizes collaboration, performance monitoring, staff development, and continuous improvement in outcomes

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN license in PA/NJ.
• 2 years RN experience in acute care.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a clinical and operational resource to support patient care delivery and clinical operations on a 24/7 basis.
• May provide direct patient care and assume clinical responsibilities to support safe, effective operations.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and escalation support for clinical staff, assisting with decision-making and problem-solving.
• Supervises a team of nurses, providing day-to-day direction to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Coordinates work activities to achieve operational goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supports in budget forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
