Helio Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to provide clinical supervision and oversee day-to-day operations of substance use disorders and mental health services in its inpatient rehabilitation program. This is a full-time position based in Syracuse, NY.

Schedule options are Sunday through Thursday 2:00pm–10:30pm or Tuesday through Saturday 2:00pm–10:30pm. Pay is $31.00–$34.00 per hour, with a sign-on incentive of $3,000 or $8,000 depending on licensure, along with Helio Health’s

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in human services field.
• Valid professional license or credential (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, RN, NP, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Clinical Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. The Team Leader will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’s Inpatient Rehabilitation program.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm OR Tuesday through Saturday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour.

In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive of $3,000 or $8,000depending on licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program, counseling staff, and the participants’ needs and progress.
• Represents the agency to the community.
• Conducts program administrative review and clinical review.
• Assures continuing process improvement and staff development.
• Implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Assures program record documentation compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group processes and principles of counseling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
• Master's degree in human services field required
• Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, RN, NP, etc.) or Credential (including but not limited to CASAC, CPP, CPS etc.)
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
