Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in South Bend is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a group of child and adolescent case managers and to grow professionally through Evidence-Based Practices.

You will provide clinical oversight, hire and train new staff, monitor billing and documentation, and collaborate with community partners to strengthen the team. A licensed clinician is required with 3–6 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required.
• 3–6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $2,000 pro-rated by FTE.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to a team of child & adolescent case managers.
• Build and maintain a cohesive team, hire and train new staff, oversee staff billing and documentation, and manage the budget.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations to promote teamwork and efficiency.

What You’ll Do as the Clinical Team Leader:

Duties:

• Will provide clinical oversight to a team of child & adolescent case managers
• Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
• Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work.
• Additional skills and abilities:
• Requires knowledge of human development and behavior
• Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment
• An ability to identify alternative actions

Requirements:

• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required.
• 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
• There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this position (pro-rated by FTE).
