Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in South Bend is seeking an Open Access Clinician to provide biopsychosocial assessments and facilitate strengths-based treatment planning for clients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Successful candidates hold LSW, LMHC-A, or LMFT-A licensure; LCSW, LMHC, LMFT are highly preferred. Full- and part-time roles include a comprehensive benefits package and a $2000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker or mental health professional with LMHC/LMFT licensure and/or LCSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure preferred.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or addictions services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop strengths-based, individualized treatment goals.
• Make referrals to services following assessment and coordinate care with the Oaklawn team.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including clients, families, referral sources and providers.
• Some evening hours may be required.

• Minimum rate of $60,900.00 for LSW, LMHC-a, LMFT-a
• Minimum rate of $72,155 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT

What You'll Do as the Open Access Clinician

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages presenting for mental health and substance use services in an outpatient setting
• Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment goals
• Make referrals to services following assessment
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
• Some evening hours are expected
