Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Illinois per IDFPR.
• Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Illinois per IDFPR.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling services to patients and families in individual and group settings.
• Conduct lectures and participate in community outreach activities.
• Document assessments, care provided, treatment plans and data in patient records.
• Provide educational support to clinical program staff.
• Participate in marketing activities of Addiction Recovery to hospital and community.
• Provide leadership to support efficient multidisciplinary service provision.
• Support leadership initiatives for evolving best practices in treatment frameworks.
• Assist leadership with orientation and training of Clinical team members.
