Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Manager, RN to lead nursing operations in a Memphis, TN area home health setting. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate comprehensive plans of care, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Active RN licensure is required along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Travel to client sites may be needed, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience in home health or related setting preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and initiates the plan of care with interdisciplinary input and in partnership with patient and family.
• Supervises clinical personnel and ensures care is delivered per plan.
• Coordinates and communicates with physicians and caregivers; participates in conferences and case reviews.
• Assists in orientation and training of new staff; supports ongoing education and quality improvement.
