Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services is seeking a Team Lead at Guilford Center in High Point, NC to ensure high quality clinical operations. The role includes clinical oversight of staff, managing a small caseload, and providing direct services as needed.

Qualifications include a Master’s in a relevant field, 3–5 years in substance abuse, and licensure as LCSW or LCAS; supervisory experience preferred. Competitive benefits and a potential hiring bonus are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, from an accredited college or university.
• Three to five years of clinical practice experience in substance abuse.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be licensed or certified in area of practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Carries an active caseload and/or performs direct clinical services for a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Mentors clinical staff to increase their clinical effectiveness, productivity and therapeutic skills. In coordination with the Center Director, TL assists with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes, audits and ensures all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Provides in-service training as appropriate, delivers clinical education programs, provides best practices training to staff, also participates in agency-wide training programs/in-services.
• Participates in the selection, hiring and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
