ncgCARE is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to oversee the Enhanced Services team in Murphy, NC. You will coordinate clinical services, provide direct therapy, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for individuals and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, active or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT), and prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting. Travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Active or provisional licensure as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
• Experience providing individual and family therapy.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
