Job summary

FREE is seeking a Team Lead for the CSIDD/NY START program in New York. This in-person role provides clinical and administrative leadership, supervising clinical coordinators, performing triage, crisis response, and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or human service field required.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses preferred.
• LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW licensure preferred; START coordinator within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision to CSIDD/NY START clinical coordinators and triage support.
• Maintain linkages with community partners and coordinate crisis plans.
• Participate in on-call crisis coverage and crisis planning.
• Maintain electronic records and daily data inputs.
