Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC, part of SUN Behavioral Health, seeks a Team Lead for the Community Support Team. You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff serving adults with mental health needs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

You will oversee evaluation, treatment planning, evidence-based practice fidelity, crisis response duties, and compliant documentation to support positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
• Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
• Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
