FULL TIME MASTER'S-LEVEL Clinical Team Lead Behavioral / Mental Health Clinician - Charlotte, Michigan
Do you have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with limited licensure by the State of Michigan and two years of evidenced-based counseling experience with children and families, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training? Our SUD Clinician provides person-centered clinical services to clients and families. They offer clinical leadership to case managers or recovery coaches, assisting in case assessment, treatment planning, quarterly reviews, and therapeutic services.
This growth-oriented position involves approximately 32 hours of clinical work and 8 hours of team leadership/clinical consultation. The role includes assisting therapists with treatment decisions, auditing case records monthly to ensure completeness, compliance with prescribed services, and adherence to accreditation standards.
