Clinical Team Lead Behavioral / Mental Health Clinician

Position Overview

FULL TIME MASTER'S-LEVEL Clinical Team Lead Behavioral / Mental Health Clinician - Charlotte, Michigan

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with limited licensure by the State of Michigan, two years of evidenced-based counseling experience with children and families, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training. The SUD Clinician provides person-centered clinical services, leads case management, and supports treatment planning and reviews.

This position involves approximately 32 hours of clinical work and 8 hours of team leadership/clinical consultation, overseeing treatment decisions, conducting monthly case record audits, and ensuring compliance with standards. It offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive culture focused on consistency and competence.
