Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Clinical Team Assistant - Entry to support the podiatry team with daily patient services and assist in clinical and administrative tasks. This role is a stepping stone to the CTA-to-MA training program and offers exposure to a fast-paced medical office environment alongside an experienced podiatrist and medical assistant.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days), and prior medical office experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or outpatient hospital setting preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
