Job summary

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (Moultrie Campus) seeks a Clinical Teaching Faculty at Open Rank to develop and deliver the Patient Care Skills course and simulation exercises. You will assess students, create active learning sessions, and deliver lectures on clinical topics while aligning with curriculum goals.

The role involves collaboration on tests and curriculum, interprofessional education, and mentoring students.

Qualifications

  • DO or MD required; board certified; active medical license.
  • Minimum five years of clinical experience; classroom teaching.
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and LMS (BlackBoard).
  • Familiar with video conferencing tools (Meet, Zoom, BB Collaborate).
  • CV and letter of intent required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Patient Care Skills course and simulation exercises.
  • Perform student assessment and provide feedback.
  • Develop active learning sessions and integrate clinical content.
  • Create and deliver lectures on assigned clinical topics.
