Job summary
Ascendis Pharma in Princeton, NJ seeks a self-driven Clinical Systems Specialist to support clinical IT systems and users within a GxP regulated, SaaS-based environment. You will partner with product teams, interpret user needs, and deliver both quick fixes and long-term improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years in pharma/biotech IT support.
- Experience with GxP regulated IT systems.
- Hands-on SaaS system support and user guidance.
- Experience documenting user requirements and delivering to specs.
- Experience with agile environments and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for system or user-driven issues.
- Collaborate with clinical product teams to provide short-term fixes and root-cause analysis.
- Guide users by interpreting training materials and processes.
- Proactively reach out to key users to identify patterns and potential system changes.
- Create structure of issues to enable insights for product teams and leadership.
