Job summary

RadNet seeks a Clinical Systems Solutions Strategist to advance radiology workflows across RIS, PACS, dictation, and interoperability with EMRs. You will design, test, train, troubleshoot, and coordinate projects to deliver quality patient care.

The role requires healthcare operations experience, strong problem solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and travel as needed. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Sales, and IT to optimize clinical systems and support centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years in Health Care with Clinical Operations and/or Clinical Systems work experience preferred.
• High level of proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability/flexibility to travel as needed, must possess a valid/unrestricted Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, document, implement, optimize, support and maintain working knowledge of RadNet’s internal clinical systems across Radiology workflows (RIS, PACS, Dictation Systems, Image Exchange Solutions, Health Information Exchanges, Online Portals, Electronic Interfaces).
• Train Operations/Radiologist teams on clinical operations workflows and system functionality.
• Advocate for system feature enhancements and track status of requests with periodic updates.
• Troubleshoot bugs, communicate workarounds, and collaborate with IT for permanent solutions.
• Monitor worklists and ensure studies progress through workflows; notify management of delays.
• Assist with user credential creation and access maintenance for clinical systems.
• Project manage clinical systems or operations related projects.
