Job summary

Lindus Health is building the next generation of biopharma by in-licensing clinical-stage assets and running them through a technology-first clinical trial infrastructure. The Clinical Systems Engineer will deliver technical solutions for trials, build data pipelines, and ensure compliant data and artifacts across the Citrus ecosystem.

This role involves coding, automation, and collaboration with software engineering oversight to support trial delivery, data accuracy, and audit-ready

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of software, data, or systems work with a technical degree or hands-on experience.
• Proficient in coding; AI tools experience is a plus.
• Experience with Django admin and relational databases is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build assigned studies across the Citrus ecosystem from approved designs, including data collection forms and schedules.
• Set up and manage integrations and data pipelines for a study.
• Run quality checks and coordinate UAT to confirm builds match specifications and go-live.
• Make approved changes to live studies to keep them accurate and compliant.
• Join Citrus trial tech support, own data correction tickets, and help debug under software engineering oversight.
• Create automated, agentic workflows to produce high-quality data.
• Contribute to the core Citrus codebase as needed under engineering oversight.
• Provide technical review inputs into Data Architect designs and work with the team to deliver studies.
