Job summary

Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply. The role involves translating client requirements into Suvoda software, leading design reviews, and coordinating UAT and data setup to ensure successful trial execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel to client sites for meetings and training, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the services department and product

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• 1 year of experience in IRT or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.
• Design the IRT solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol, the Suvoda proposal/executed work order, and discussions with the client.
• Consult with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into Suvoda’s software.
• Document all requirements completely in the specification templates.
• Lead internal team review of draft specifications and be the main point of contact for IRT design questions.
• Lead client review of IRT specifications and supporting documents, updating as needed and obtaining approvals on milestones.
• Responsible for the UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinating data setup for client UAT.
• Serve as primary design questions contact during the system build process.
• Lead client UAT of the IRT system and coordinate fixes with the project manager.
• Support redesigns or new features in IRT systems during maintenance and identify process improvements.
• Assist product team with design and development feedback from client requests and project experience.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions.
• Assist customer care with system user support via telephone and email.
• Assist with training of new staff on Suvoda product and processes.
• Perform continuous risk assessments and update mitigation strategies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
