Job summary

East Liverpool City Hospital in Ohio is seeking a dedicated IT professional to manage MEDITECH/enterprise system applications and provide user support across clinical departments.

The role requires a high school diploma, a bachelor's in a clinical health field (preferred), and at least 2 years of hospital experience. Days shift, full-time, on-site work with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines. Clinical system enhancements, vendor coordination, and training are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Manages MEDITECH/enterprise system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting.
• Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems.
• Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.
