Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines remote work with one in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, progress monitoring, and collaboration with caregivers. Competitive hourly rate up to $80 with negotiable based on experience, flexible scheduling, and licensure support.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Nebraska licensure eligibility or holding.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid (Nebraska)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

  • Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals

Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Compensation
  • Up to $80/hour
  • Rates are negotiable based on experience
