Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will design treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or willing to obtain it.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid (Nebraska)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
